What is the Veganday Subscription?
Veganday Subscriptions allow you to receive your favourite plant-milk bases automatically at your chosen frequency, so you never run out. It’s an easy and flexible way to restock your oat, almond, soy, or coconut milk bases while saving both time and money.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Subscribers enjoy 15% off on every subscribed product, along with automatic deliveries at regular intervals and freshly packed products each time. There is no long-term commitment, and you can cancel anytime directly from your UPI app, giving you full control over your orders.
How do I start a subscription?
To start, visit the product page of your preferred Veganday base and select the “Subscribe & Save” option. Choose your desired delivery frequency—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—and complete your payment using your UPI app. Once your first payment is made, your subscription will be created automatically, and future payments will be processed through your UPI mandate.
Can I pause or modify my subscription?
At the moment, subscriptions cannot be paused or modified once created. If you wish to make changes, you can cancel your current subscription and start a new one with your preferred options.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Veganday subscription anytime through the UPI app you used to create it. Open your UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm, and go to the section labeled “AutoPay,” “Mandates,” or “Subscriptions.” Locate your Veganday mandate and select the option to cancel. Once cancelled, no further payments will be deducted. You will still receive any orders that were already processed before the cancellation.
Will I be notified before each payment?
Yes, your UPI app will send you a reminder notification before every upcoming renewal. This gives you time to review your subscription, make any changes, or cancel before the next payment is deducted.
Is there any minimum subscription period?
No, there is no minimum subscription period. You can cancel your subscription anytime, even after your first order, without any penalties or restrictions.
What if a payment fails or I change my UPI app?
If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused automatically by your bank or UPI provider. To continue, you can create a new subscription using your preferred UPI app. If you switch to a new UPI app, a new subscription will need to be set up as existing mandates do not transfer between apps.
