Refund policy
Shipping Policy:
We do not charge any shipping fee above the orders worth ₹399, except for orders in J&K and NE states where free shipping is available above ₹999. Below these cut-offs amounts, we charge shipping fee (based on your address, and surface/air preference) to get you the order in time.
For Surface shipments, it usually takes us 1-2 days to deliver your shipments in the state of Maharashtra, and upto 4-6 business days to reach Rest of India. For Air shipments, it usually takes us less than 3 days to deliver across all Metro cities.
In case of any issue with delivery partner (for example - inaccurate notification of delivery status), kindly escalate to us within 24hrs for us to be able to raise it with our courier aggregator. In case of delays, resolution cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Replacements:
Since these are consumable products, we are not allowed to offer returns or exchanges.
In case you receive a visibly damaged item, please do not receive it. Let us know and we will issue the refund, which should be credited within 7 days.
In case you accept the parcel, then please send us a picture and a video within 12 hours at support@veganday.in. We shall forward the same to the courier partner to file for compensation due to damage in transit. Their investigation can take anywhere from 15-21 days. Once we receive the compensation, we will issue the refund to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Our team starts fulfilment process as soon as any orders are placed. Which is why orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
But in case we receive your cancellation request with 1 hour, we will try to cancel the dispatch. If successful, we will issue a gift card of the same order amount on your registered email ID. You can use this card anytime within the next 6 months, on the purchase of any products from our website.
In case your order has been dispatched and you cannot collect it for any reason, we will wait for the order to return to our premises. After inspection, we will deduct a flat 2-way shipping fee of ₹90 and issue a gift card of the remainder order amount on your registered email ID. You can use this card anytime within the next 6 months, on the purchase of any products from our website.
