A: Yes, first you must add some hot water so that the premix dissolves properly and then add ice to make it cold.

Sorry team, but I couldn't even ingest one sip, had to spit it out. I usually have filter coffees and sometimes instant coffees. I have made it with your oat milk and cashew-almond 500 ml pastes. It turned out great. Even made it with coconut milk and also tried your 3l oatmilk powder pack. That also was great. But after having all these I was looking forward to the premix and it was very very bad. This is not edible according to me and my money has gone down the drain.
I'm sorry team but i dint ingest even one sip, I had to spit it out. I mostly make decoction coffees and sometimes premixes. So I have been using your oat milk and cashew almond mix 500 ml sachets. The coffee with it tastes very good.. even with coconut milk it was alright.. even tried the 3l oatmilk powder pack before. That also made great coffee. After having that, this premix is terrible. My money went down the drain.. don't know what went wrong but to me this was just not edible.

I ordered masala chai and the oat cappuccino box. I was very excited to try these vegan premixes. But let me tell you, the oat cappuccino doesn't even taste like coffee at all. I am very disappointed.
